In 2024, we launched our Employee of the Month initiative to recognize outstanding performance and boost workplace morale. Each month, we celebrated individuals who went above and beyond their call of duty, embodying GYSBI’s core values of excellence, dedication, and professionalism.

From our 14 Employees of the Month in 2024, one individual stood out for her exceptional contributions—Leah Milo, who was unanimously voted Employee of the Year. Leah played a pivotal role in guiding GYSBI through our ISO Audits, ensuring we achieved zero non-conformances. She worked closely with all departments to formalize procedures, took the initiative to draft essential documentation, ensured compliance across the organization, and conducted all internal audits and contractor assessments.

As a QHSSE Coordinator, Leah leads by example, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to quality, health, safety, security, and the environment.
